This is a soft feminine long skirt in a pale gray color. Its two layers ,the top is tulle nylon thats pattered in flowers the bottom is cotton with small gray dots and then at the bottom it has details of tulle flowers. Elastic waist that is fitted for below the waist. This has a whimsical vintage look. This skirt whould look great with layered tops a tank or shirt with a fitted short jacket.
